Stepping Bricks Training Ltd and its subsidiaries and affiliated brands (“Stepping Bricks”, “we”, “us”, “our”) provide education, mentoring, digital products, events, and memberships. All purchases are subject to the following Terms.
By purchasing any product or service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. General Terms
- All prices are subject to change without notice.
- Offers, coupons, and promotions may not be combined unless stated.
- All purchases are final except where required by law.
- Our Privacy Policy forms part of this Agreement.
2. No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee any personal, financial, investment, or business outcomes.
All information is provided for educational purposes only. You accept full responsibility for any actions taken.
Testimonials are not representative of typical results.
You should consult qualified professionals before making financial or legal decisions.
3. Cooling-Off & Cancellation Rights (UK Law)
Where a product or service is purchased off-premises (online, phone, or away from our offices), statutory cooling-off rights may apply.
Where a product or service is purchased and signed on our business premises or at live events, no statutory cooling-off period applies and the agreement becomes binding immediately.
4. Mentorship Programmes – Stepping Bricks Academy (Primary Policy)
4.1 Non-Transferability
All mentorship programmes are strictly personal and non-transferable.
No access, benefits, sessions, or materials may be assigned to another person.
4.2 Refund Policy (Academy)
No refunds are due once the mentorship programme is purchased.
The 7 or 14-day cancellation period only applies where the programme has been purchased and signed outside our premises.
Where the programme is purchased and signed at our offices, premises, or live events, no cancellation rights apply.
4.3 Participation Responsibility
It is the responsibility of the Mentee to:
Attend scheduled calls
Participate in sessions
Follow the programme structure
No credit, refund, or compensation is offered for missed sessions.
4.4 Complimentary & Bundled Items
Any gratis or bundled items:
Have no monetary value
Are non-transferable
Are not refundable
Are not eligible for credit
4.5 Community & Conduct
Participants must comply with all community guidelines and codes of conduct.
Breach may result in removal without refund.
4.6 Discretionary Programme Credit
If dissatisfied after the first scheduled call, participants may contact: office@steppingbricks.co.uk
Stepping Bricks may, at its sole discretion, offer alternative programme credit.
This is not an entitlement and does not create a refund right.
5. Stepping Bricks Club – Money Back Guarantee
The 12-month Club membership includes a conditional money-back guarantee.
To qualify, members must:
Attend at least 90% of sessions
Complete all materials
Submit at least 3 audited deals
Requests must be made in writing between months 12 and 13 from the date of purchase.
Failure to meet all criteria voids eligibility.
6. Digital Products & Online Content
All digital and downloadable products are final sale.
Once access is granted, no refunds, cancellations, or credits are available.
You may not copy, distribute, resell, or share any materials.
Technical issues must be reported immediately at office@steppingbricks.co.uk
7. Subscriptions
Monthly Subscriptions
48 hours’ notice is required before renewal.
Late cancellations are non-refundable.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are non-refundable once purchased.
Immediate access constitutes waiver of refund rights.
8. Payment Plans
All payment plans represent full contractual commitments.
You remain liable for 100% of the agreed purchase price.
Missed payments constitute material breach and may result in:
Immediate access suspension
Forfeiture of prior payments
Debt collection action
Legal recovery of fees
No refunds apply to payment plans.
9. Refund Requests
Where refunds are legally applicable, requests must be submitted in writing to: office@steppingbricks.co.uk
Requests via WhatsApp, social media, or verbal communication are invalid.
10. Promotions, Bonuses & Gifts
All bonuses:
Are subject to availability
Have no cash value
Are non-refundable
May be substituted
Failure to receive a bonus does not constitute breach.
11. Affiliate & Third-Party Purchases
Purchases made through affiliates are governed by their terms.
Refunds must be requested directly from the affiliate.
Stepping Bricks bears no responsibility for third-party fulfilment.
12. Account Status
Accounts in arrears are not eligible for promotions, bonuses, or incentives.
13. Events, Force Majeure & Rescheduling
Stepping Bricks is not liable for delays caused by:
Acts of God
Government restrictions
Pandemics
Venue closures
Technical failures
Events may be rescheduled or converted to virtual format.
Tickets are non-refundable.
14. Participant Obligations & Behaviour
Participants must behave professionally.
Disruptive behaviour, solicitation, or misconduct may result in removal without refund.
15. Confidentiality
All proprietary, financial, technical, and business information is confidential and must not be disclosed.
16. Non-Transferability
No programme, ticket, bonus, or session may be transferred.
Unused benefits are forfeited.
17. Limitation of Relationship
Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, employment, or agency relationship.
18. Severability
If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains valid.
19. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties.
No verbal modifications are valid.
20. Binding Effect
By purchasing, signing, or using any services, you confirm:
You have authority to enter this Agreement
You accept all terms
You waive inconsistent claims
21. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time.
